Plans change, and we understand. Here’s how to reschedule or cancel a meeting when needed.
Rescheduling a Meeting
Navigate to the meeting you need to change and open its details.
Look for the Reschedule option (usually in a menu or as a button).
Choose a new date and available time slot from the calendar.
Review the new time and confirm the change. Updated calendar invites will be sent.
Canceling a Meeting
Navigate to the meeting you want to cancel.
Find the Cancel option and tap it.
You may be asked to provide a reason for cancellation.
Confirm that you want to cancel. A cancellation notice is sent to all participants.
Rescheduling Policy
- 24+ hours notice – No restrictions, reschedule freely
- Less than 24 hours – We appreciate as much notice as possible
- No-shows – Please notify us if you can’t make it
We block time specifically for your meeting. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so as early as possible so we can offer that time to other clients.
If You Miss a Meeting
If you miss a scheduled meeting:
- Check your email for any messages from us
- Book a new meeting when you’re available
- Contact us if there was an emergency
