Troubleshooting Steps
1. Check Device Settings
iOS:
- Go to Settings > Lead Marketing Strategies
- Tap Notifications
- Ensure “Allow Notifications” is ON
Android:
- Go to Settings > Apps > Lead Marketing Strategies
- Tap Notifications
- Ensure notifications are enabled
2. Check App Settings

3. Check Do Not Disturb
Make sure Do Not Disturb or Focus mode isn’t blocking notifications.
4. Check Battery Optimization (Android)
Some Android phones aggressively optimize battery and block notifications:

- Select “Don’t optimize” or “Unrestricted”
5. Check Background App Refresh (iOS)
