Payment Issues

Having trouble making a payment? Here’s how to resolve common payment issues.

Payment Declined

Common Causes

  • Insufficient funds
  • Card expired
  • Incorrect card details
  • Bank flagged as suspicious
  • Daily/transaction limit reached

Solutions

  • Verify card details are entered correctly
  • Check your available balance/credit
  • Try a different card
  • Contact your bank to authorize the charge
  • Use a different payment method

Payment Processing Error

  • Check your internet connection
  • Wait a moment and try again
  • Check your email for a receipt (payment may have succeeded)
  • Check the invoice status before retrying
Avoid Double Payments

If you see an error, check your email and the invoice status before trying again. The payment may have processed even if an error was displayed.

Payment Not Showing as Received

  • Payments typically process within a few minutes
  • Check your email for confirmation
  • Refresh the invoice list
  • Contact support if not updated within an hour

Refund Requests

For refund requests, please contact support with:

  • Invoice number
  • Payment date
  • Reason for refund request
