Payment History & Receipts

Keep track of all your payments and download receipts for your records. The payment history gives you a complete audit trail of all transactions.

Viewing Payment History

To see your payment history:

  1. Navigate to the Invoices screen
  2. Filter by Paid status, or
  3. Go to Account settings and find Payment History

Payment Record Information

Each payment record shows:

  • Date – When the payment was made
  • Amount – How much was paid
  • Invoice Number – Which invoice it was for
  • Payment Method – Card type and last 4 digits
  • Status – Successful, pending, or failed

Downloading Receipts

Open the Paid Invoice

Navigate to the invoice you want a receipt for and open its details.

Find the Receipt Option

Look for “Download Receipt” or “View Receipt” button/link.

Download or Share

Choose to download the PDF or share it directly via email or other apps.

Receipt Contents

Your payment receipt includes:

  • Payment confirmation number
  • Payment date and time
  • Amount paid
  • Payment method used
  • Invoice reference
  • Our company information
  • Your billing information

Email Receipts

Receipts are automatically emailed to you after each payment. If you need a receipt resent:

  1. Open the paid invoice
  2. Look for “Resend Receipt” option
  3. Or contact support for assistance
Tip for Businesses

Download and save your receipts/invoices regularly for accounting and tax purposes. All invoices remain accessible in your account history.
