Different types of notifications keep you informed about various activities. Understanding what each type means helps you prioritize and respond appropriately.

Project Notifications

  • Status Changed – Your project moved to a new status
  • Milestone Completed – A project milestone was finished
  • Deliverable Ready – Files are ready for your review
  • Feedback Requested – We need your input
  • Project Started – Work has begun on your project
  • Project Completed – Your project is finished

Message Notifications

  • New Message – Someone sent you a message in project chat
  • Message Reply – Your message received a response
  • Mention – You were mentioned in a conversation

Invoice Notifications

  • New Invoice – A new invoice was created for you
  • Payment Reminder – Invoice is approaching due date
  • Payment Due Today – Invoice is due today
  • Payment Overdue – Invoice is past due
  • Payment Received – We received your payment

Meeting Notifications

  • Meeting Confirmed – Your meeting was booked
  • Meeting Reminder – Upcoming meeting reminder
  • Meeting Starting Soon – Meeting starts in 15 minutes
  • Meeting Rescheduled – Meeting time was changed
  • Meeting Cancelled – Meeting was cancelled

Account Notifications

  • Welcome – Account created successfully
  • Password Changed – Your password was updated
  • Profile Updated – Account details changed
  • Security Alert – Unusual activity detected

System Notifications

  • App Update – New app version available
  • Maintenance – Scheduled maintenance notice
