Get the most out of your meetings by reviewing the details and preparing in advance. This guide covers what to expect and how to join your meetings.
Viewing Meeting Details
Tap any meeting card to see:
- Date & Time – When the meeting is scheduled
- Duration – Expected length
- Meeting Type – Consultation, review, etc.
- Participants – Who will be attending
- Agenda/Notes – What will be discussed
- Related Project – Associated project (if any)
- Join Link – Video call link
Joining a Meeting
When to Join
The “Join” button becomes active a few minutes before the meeting start time.
How to Join
- Open the meeting details
- Tap the Join Meeting button
- Your video conferencing app will open (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Allow camera and microphone access if prompted
Video Call Tips
- Test your setup – Check camera and mic before the call
- Find a quiet space – Minimize background noise
- Good lighting – Face a light source, not away from it
- Stable internet – WiFi recommended over cellular

Before Your Meeting
- Review the agenda and prepare questions
- Gather any materials you want to discuss
- Have relevant project information handy
- Join 2-3 minutes early to troubleshoot any tech issues
Adding to Your Calendar
To add the meeting to your device calendar:
- Open meeting details
- Tap Add to Calendar
- Select your calendar app
- Save the event
The calendar event will include the meeting link and details.
