Managing Notification Preferences

Control which notifications you receive and how they’re delivered. Customize your notification settings to match your preferences.

Accessing Notification Settings

  1. Open the navigation drawer (menu icon)
  2. Tap Settings or Account
  3. Select Notification Preferences

Notification Channels

Configure notifications for each category:

Push Notifications

Real-time alerts on your device:

  • Project Updates
  • New Messages
  • Invoice Alerts
  • Meeting Reminders
  • System Notifications

Email Notifications

Notifications sent to your email:

  • Daily/Weekly Digest
  • Important Updates Only
  • All Notifications
  • None

Adjusting Settings

For each notification type, you can typically:

  • Enable/Disable – Turn notifications on or off
  • Sound – Enable or disable sound alerts
  • Badge – Show or hide badge counts

Recommended Settings

Our Recommendations
  • Enable push for Messages and Meeting Reminders – Time-sensitive
  • Enable push for Invoice Due alerts – Don’t miss payments
  • Consider email digest for Project Updates if push feels like too much
  • Always enable Security Alerts – Important for account safety

Quiet Hours

If supported, set quiet hours to pause notifications during specific times:

  • Set start and end times
  • Choose which days to apply
  • Emergency notifications may still come through

Device Settings

Remember that device settings also affect notifications:

  • iOS: Settings > Lead Marketing Strategies > Notifications
  • Android: Settings > Apps > Lead Marketing Strategies > Notifications

Both app settings AND device settings need to allow notifications for them to work.
