Making a Payment

Paying your invoices through the Lead Marketing Strategies app is quick, easy, and secure. This guide walks you through the payment process step by step.

Starting a Payment

Find the Invoice

Navigate to the Invoices screen and tap on the invoice you want to pay. You can also tap “Pay Invoice” from a notification or the dashboard.

Tap “Pay Now”

On the invoice details screen, tap the Pay Now button. This opens the payment interface.

Confirm Amount

Review the payment amount. By default, the full balance is selected. You may have the option to make a partial payment.

Select Payment Method

Choose how you want to pay:

  • Saved card (if you have one on file)
  • New credit/debit card
  • Other available methods
Enter Card Details (if new card)

If using a new card, enter:

  • Card number
  • Expiration date
  • CVV/security code
  • Billing ZIP code

You can choose to save the card for future payments.

Complete Payment

Tap Pay $XXX.XX to process the payment. You may need to confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.

Confirmation

You’ll see a payment confirmation screen. A receipt is emailed to you automatically.

Payment Security

Secure Payments

All payments are processed securely using industry-standard encryption. We never store your full card number on our servers. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

After Payment

Once your payment is processed:

  • Invoice status updates to “Paid”
  • Confirmation email sent to your address
  • Receipt available in invoice details
  • Payment appears in your payment history

Payment Troubleshooting

Payment Declined

  • Verify card details are correct
  • Check available balance/credit limit
  • Contact your bank if the issue persists
  • Try a different payment method

Payment Processing Error

  • Check your internet connection
  • Wait a moment and try again
  • Check your email for a confirmation (payment may have succeeded)
  • Contact support if unsure of payment status
Don’t Double Pay

If you get an error, check your email and the invoice status before trying again. Payments may process even if an error is displayed. Contact us if you’re unsure.
