Login Issues & Solutions

Having trouble logging in? This guide covers common login issues and how to resolve them.

Common Login Problems

“Invalid email or password”

Causes:

  • Typo in email address
  • Wrong password
  • Caps lock is on
  • Using wrong account

Solutions:

  • Double-check your email spelling
  • Try typing your password in a notes app first to verify it
  • Use the “Forgot Password” feature to reset
  • Try other email addresses you might have used

“Account not found”

Causes:

  • No account exists with that email
  • Using a different email than registered

Solutions:

  • Create a new account if you haven’t registered
  • Check other email addresses
  • Contact support if you’re sure you have an account

“Account not verified”

Causes:

  • Email verification not completed

Solutions:

  • Check your email for the verification link
  • Look in spam/junk folders
  • Request a new verification email

“Too many login attempts” / “Account locked”

Causes:

  • Multiple failed login attempts triggered security lockout

Solutions:

  • Wait 15-30 minutes and try again
  • Use “Forgot Password” to reset
  • Contact support if still locked

General Troubleshooting

  1. Make sure you have a stable internet connection
  2. Update the app to the latest version
  3. Close and reopen the app
  4. Restart your device
  5. Clear app cache (in device settings)
