Common Login Problems
“Invalid email or password”
Causes:
- Typo in email address
- Wrong password
- Caps lock is on
- Using wrong account
Solutions:
- Double-check your email spelling
- Try typing your password in a notes app first to verify it
- Use the “Forgot Password” feature to reset
- Try other email addresses you might have used
“Account not found”
Causes:
- No account exists with that email

Solutions:
- Create a new account if you haven’t registered

“Account not verified”
Causes:
- Email verification not completed
Solutions:
- Check your email for the verification link
- Look in spam/junk folders

“Too many login attempts” / “Account locked”
Causes:
- Multiple failed login attempts triggered security lockout
Solutions:
- Wait 15-30 minutes and try again
