When you’re done using the app on a device or want to switch accounts, here’s how to log out safely.
How to Log Out
Open Navigation Drawer
Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top-left corner.
Find Log Out
Scroll down to find Log Out or Sign Out (usually at the bottom).
Confirm
Confirm that you want to log out when prompted.
What Happens When You Log Out
- You’re returned to the welcome/login screen
- Saved login credentials are cleared
- Push notifications will no longer be received
- You’ll need to log in again to access your account
When to Log Out
Consider logging out when:
- Using a shared device
- Selling or giving away your device
- Experiencing account issues
- Switching to a different account
Staying Logged In
On your personal device, you don’t need to log out. The app keeps you securely logged in for convenience.
