App Not Loading or Crashing

If the app is crashing, freezing, or not loading properly, try these troubleshooting steps.

Basic Troubleshooting

1. Force Close and Reopen

iOS: Swipe up from bottom and swipe the app away

Android: Use recent apps button and swipe the app away

Then reopen the app.

2. Restart Your Device

A fresh restart often resolves temporary issues.

3. Check Your Internet Connection

  • Try switching between WiFi and cellular
  • Test other apps to confirm connectivity
  • Move to an area with better signal

4. Update the App

Check the App Store or Google Play for updates. Older versions may have bugs that are fixed in newer releases.

5. Check Available Storage

Low storage can cause app issues:

  • iOS: Settings > General > iPhone Storage
  • Android: Settings > Storage

6. Clear App Cache (Android)

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > Lead Marketing Strategies
  2. Tap Storage
  3. Tap Clear Cache

7. Reinstall the App

  1. Delete/uninstall the app
  2. Restart your device
  3. Download and install fresh from the app store
  4. Log in again

  • App version number
  • Description of what happens
  • When the issue started
  • Steps to reproduce the problem
