Browser push notifications let you receive real-time alerts even when you’re not actively using the Client Portal. Get notified instantly about new messages, project updates, payment reminders, and more.
What Are Push Notifications?
Push notifications are small popup alerts that appear on your computer or phone:
- Appear even when the portal isn’t open
- Show on your desktop or mobile device
- Include a brief message and click-through link
- Make a sound or vibration (configurable)
Enabling Push Notifications
Visit app.leadmarketingstrategies.com and sign in to your account.
You may see a browser popup asking “Allow notifications from this site?” Click “Allow”.
If you dismissed the prompt, go to Account Settings > Notifications and click “Enable Push Notifications”.
Your browser will ask for permission. Click “Allow” to enable notifications.
Push notification permissions are per-device and per-browser. You’ll need to enable them on each device/browser where you want to receive notifications.

- Refresh the page
System Notifications Disabled
Check your operating system settings:
- Windows: Settings > System > Notifications
- Mac: System Preferences > Notifications
- iOS: Settings > Notifications > [Browser]
- Android: Settings > Apps > [Browser] > Notifications
Do Not Disturb Mode
If your device is in Do Not Disturb mode, notifications may be silenced. Check your device settings.
Privacy & Security
Our push notifications:
- Only contain brief, non-sensitive information
- Don’t include full message content or financial details
- Link to the portal for full details (requires login)
- Can be disabled at any time
If you use a shared or public computer, consider not enabling push notifications to protect your privacy. Notifications could reveal that you have pending invoices or meetings to others who use the computer.
