Browser Compatibility

The Lead Marketing Strategies Client Portal is built with modern web technologies to provide the best possible experience. To ensure everything works smoothly, use a supported browser with the right settings.

Supported Browsers

The Client Portal works best with these browsers:

Fully Supported (Recommended)

  • Google Chrome – Version 90 or later (recommended)
  • Mozilla Firefox – Version 90 or later
  • Microsoft Edge – Version 90 or later
  • Apple Safari – Version 14 or later

Mobile Browsers

  • Safari on iOS – iOS 14 or later
  • Chrome on Android – Latest version
  • Samsung Internet – Latest version
Best Experience

For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome on desktop or the dedicated mobile app on your smartphone.

Not Supported

The following browsers are not supported and may not work correctly:

  • Internet Explorer – All versions (discontinued by Microsoft)
  • Older browser versions – Browsers more than 2 years old
  • Legacy mobile browsers – Stock browsers on older Android devices

Required Browser Settings

JavaScript

JavaScript must be enabled for the portal to function. It’s enabled by default in all modern browsers. If you’ve disabled it:

Chrome:

  1. Click the three-dot menu > Settings
  2. Go to Privacy and security > Site settings
  3. Click JavaScript and ensure it’s allowed

Firefox:

  1. Type about:config in the address bar
  2. Search for javascript.enabled
  3. Ensure it’s set to true

Safari:

  1. Go to Safari > Preferences
  2. Click Security tab
  3. Check “Enable JavaScript”

Cookies

Cookies must be enabled for login and session management:

  • Allow cookies from app.leadmarketingstrategies.com
  • Third-party cookie blocking is fine – we don’t use tracking cookies

Pop-ups

Some features like payment processing may open in new windows. Allow pop-ups from our domain if prompted.

Security Note

Only allow pop-ups specifically for app.leadmarketingstrategies.com. Never allow all pop-ups globally as this can expose you to unwanted content.

Checking Your Browser Version

To find your browser version:

Chrome: Menu > Help > About Google Chrome

Firefox: Menu > Help > About Firefox

Edge: Menu > Help and feedback > About Microsoft Edge

Safari: Safari menu > About Safari

Updating Your Browser

Most browsers update automatically. To manually check for updates:

Open Browser Settings

Access your browser’s menu (usually three dots or lines in the corner).

Find the About/Update Section

Look for “Help” > “About” or “Settings” > “About” depending on your browser.

Install Updates

If an update is available, click “Update” or “Restart to update”. Your browser will update and reopen.

Optimal Display Settings

For the best visual experience:

  • Screen Resolution: 1280×720 pixels or higher
  • Zoom Level: 100% (default) – use Ctrl+0 or Cmd+0 to reset
  • Text Size: Default browser settings

Troubleshooting Browser Issues

Portal Not Loading

  1. Try refreshing the page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)
  2. Clear your browser cache
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Check your internet connection

Features Not Working

  1. Ensure JavaScript is enabled
  2. Disable browser extensions temporarily
  3. Try incognito/private mode
  4. Update your browser to the latest version

Display Issues

  1. Reset zoom to 100%
  2. Clear browser cache
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Check your display scaling settings

Clearing Browser Cache

If you experience issues, clearing your cache often helps:

Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac)

Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac)

Safari: Safari > Clear History

Edge: Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows)

After Clearing Cache

You’ll need to log in again after clearing your cache as your session data will be removed.
