1. Use a Strong, Unique Password

  • At least 12 characters recommended
  • Mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
  • Different from passwords on other sites
  • Change every 3-6 months

2. Keep Your Email Secure

Your email is the key to your account recovery:

  • Use a strong password on your email account
  • Enable two-factor authentication on your email
  • Monitor for suspicious activity

3. Never Share Your Credentials

  • Never share your password with anyone
  • Our team will never ask for your password
  • Each person should have their own account

  • Poor grammar or spelling

  • Do not click login links from emails – type the URL directly
