We accept all major credit and debit cards:

Save your card for faster payments in the future. Saved cards are encrypted and stored securely – you can remove them anytime from Account Settings.
Bank Transfer (ACH)
Pay directly from your bank account:
How ACH Works
- Select “Bank Account” as your payment method
- Enter your bank routing number
- Enter your account number
- Confirm the payment
- Funds are debited from your account (3-5 business days)
ACH Benefits
- No card processing fees
- Good for large payments
- Direct bank-to-bank transfer
- Suitable for business accounts
ACH Considerations
- Takes 3-5 business days to process
- Ensure sufficient funds in account
- Returned payments may incur fees
While ACH payments take longer to process, your invoice will be marked as “Processing” immediately. Once funds clear, the status will update to “Paid”.
Other Payment Options
Wire Transfer
For large payments, we can accept wire transfers. Contact us for wire transfer instructions.
Check
We can accept checks for certain payments. Contact us for mailing instructions. Note that checks take longer to process and clear.
Payment Plans
For larger projects, we may offer payment plans. Discuss payment plan options with your project manager during the proposal phase.
Payment Security
All payment methods are processed securely:
- PCI DSS Compliant: We follow payment card industry security standards
- SSL Encryption: All data transmitted over secure, encrypted connections
- Tokenization: Card numbers are never stored on our servers
- Fraud Detection: Automated systems monitor for suspicious activity
We will never ask for your full credit card number or bank account information via email. Always make payments through the secure Client Portal.
Saving Payment Methods
For convenience, you can save payment methods in your account:
To Save a Card
- During checkout, check “Save this card”
- Or go to Account Settings > Payment Methods
- Click “Add Payment Method”
- Enter your card details and save
To Remove a Saved Method
- Go to Account Settings > Payment Methods
- Find the card you want to remove
- Click “Remove” or the trash icon
- Confirm removal
International Payments
We accept payments from international clients:
- All major credit cards work internationally
- Payments processed in USD
- Your bank handles currency conversion
- International transaction fees may apply (set by your bank)
Receipts & Records
After every payment:
- Email receipt sent automatically
- Payment recorded in your payment history
- Invoice updated to show payment
- PDF receipts available for download
